Arnold Peace, DMD
Dr. Arnold Peace is passionate about his desire to do the best he can, regardless of the situation. He enjoys the challenges that dentistry provides and strives to find the best possible solution for each patient’s dental health. Dr. Peace loves the relationships he’s made with his patients and his team over the past two and a half decades and looks forward to many more years of creating beautiful, healthy smiles in the Glenshaw community. Nikki Peace, DMD
Dr. Nikki is a general dentist who graduated from North Allegheny HS, Case Western Reserve University, and the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. At Case she graduated Magna Cum Laude and was a founding member of the Case Women’s Lacrosse Team. She was team Captain during their inaugural season where they went on to become WCLL division 2 regional champions. She also served in the Pre-Dental Society in different positions including Outreach Chair and President. In her spare time, she enjoys watching Pittsburgh sports and Netflix, reading, swimming and spending time with family and friends.

Ian Peace, DMD
Ian started at Peace Dental in 2019 as a general dentist. Ian graduated from North Allegheny High School, Case Western Reserve University, and the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. At Case he graduated Summa Cum Laude and was inducted as a member of the Phi Beta Kappa honor society. While attending Case Western Reserve University, Ian was a member of the Phi Gamma Delta Fraternity and Pre-Dental Society and held and a number of leadership roles in both organizations. Ian was a lacrosse player in high school and now enjoys lifting at the gym.

Josh Polacek, DMD
Dr. Josh is a general dentist who graduated from Westmont Hilltop HS in Johnstown, the University of Maryland, and the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. At Maryland, he graduated with a degree in Biology as a student-athlete, competing on the varsity Wrestling Team for four years. He earned a team ACC Championship title in 2012 and was a two-time All-Academic team member. In his spare time, he enjoys working out, golfing, being outdoors, watching sports, and spending time with family, friends, and his dog Hank.

Nora Peace
Business Development Coordinator
Nora closed her law office that she had in Shaler for 14 years to take a full-time position at PNC Wealth Management in 2006 and worked there for seven years. She retired from PNC to help out with Peace Dental as their business development coordinator. Nora has since re-opened her law practice and enjoys helping in her community. She feels particularly blessed to have been able to help on the working board of the Midwife Center for Birth and Women’s Health and the Mid Atlantic Milk Bank.
She is currently a board member of North Hills Community Outreach. She also created the SWAP dental Facebook page in 2015 to help the Dental Community of Southwestern Pennsylvania to connect to each other.
She and Dr. Peace are busy with their five children and nine grandchildren and all their activities.

Jerilynn Shrader
Office Manager
Jerilynn brings a wealth of 20+ years customer service experience in office administration, insurance billing, collections, and claims resolution. Although her specialty is insurance and helping you with any financial concerns, she helps our practice run smoothly and efficiently
by ensuring our team is equipped to best serve our patients. She is committed to providing excellent service and will help you in any way that she can.
Besides the many practice management certificates she has earned, Jerilynn has been awarded a Master of the American Association of Dental Office Managers.
Outside the office, you’ll most likely find Jerilynn spending time with her husband, Rodney, and their fur baby, Hank. Her favorite vacation is spending time with her son, Logan who lives in Utah, and any place warm with a beach!
Dental Hygienists

Jamie Graswick, RDH
Jamie is our full time registered dental hygienist and has been with Peace Dental since July 2000. She graduated from the University of Pittsburgh Dental School in August 1998 with a Certificate in Dental Hygiene. Jamie furthered her education at the University of Pittsburgh and graduated stromectol here with a Bachelor of Science degree in August of 2003. In February, 2010, she got her license to administer local anesthesia and is certified in CPR. Jamie loves her job and taking care of her patients’ beautiful smiles.
Jamie resides in Shaler and has a daughter, Abby, who keeps her very busy. Jamie enjoys traveling, biking, and shopping.

Donna Krist, RDH
Donna is our part time registered dental hygienist and has been with Peace Dental since 2003. Donna brings over 30 years of dental experience to our office. She graduated from the University of Pittsburgh Dental Hygiene School in 1986, is CPR certified and licensed to administer local anesthesia. Donna’s focus has always been on providing great patient care and the best professional service.
Donna lives in Pittsburgh and enjoys the love of a large family close by. Donna enjoy’s running, working out, cooking, dancing and spending a lot of quality time with her friends and family.

Sherri Cohn, RDH
Sherri graduated from Westminster College in 2009 with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology only then to go on to pursue a career in dental hygiene at the University of Pittsburgh. She has had the privilege of watching Peace Dental grow exponentially as she worked as an assistant while in high school and now works as a Registered Dental Hygienist.
Sherri loves her job and enjoys spending time with friends, traveling, and working with children. She currently resides in Shaler with her husband, Brandon and their four children, Nellie, Emmie, Samuel & Mollie.

Chris Sabatini, RDH
Christine graduated from Shaler High School and AW Beattie technical school. She earned her BS in Dental hygiene and biology from West Liberty State College in West Virginia. A Shaler native, Chris worked for Dr. Arnold Peace from 2001 to 2004.
She has given back to the community from volunteering at Mission of Mercy and coordinating a statewide sealant program with the Pennsylvania Dental Hygienist Association. Chris also traveled to Haiti to provide dental care across multiple clinics and found the experience both rewarding and enjoyable.
She believes in attending continuing education to further her knowledge as a dental hygienist and patient care.
In 2005, she married her husband, Neil. Chris’ best job though has been being a mom to her children, Allison and Bruno. For the last several years, she has been the coach for the North Hills High School bowling club. She is thrilled to be back at Peace Dental!

Linda Rebholz, RDH
Linda is a full-time registered hygienist dental hygienist at Peace Dental. She has over 26 years of dental experience. She started at a as a dental assistant and earned an EFDA certificate. She graduated from Westmoreland Community College with an associate s degree in dental hygiene and shortly after received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh. Linda holds dental hygiene licenses in Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and Florida. She even has a cosmetology license in Pennsylvania.
Linda enjoys being with her grandchildren, spending time with family friends and her golden retriever. In her spare time, she likes traveling, road trips, going to concerts, and baking.
Linda hopes to make every dental visit educational, personalized, and hopefully and enjoyable experience.

Lillie McHenry, RDH
Lillie is one of our dedicated part-time dental hygienists and has been a valuable member of Peace Dental since 2025. With a decade of dental expertise, she is committed to delivering thorough yet gentle dental cleanings to every patient she encounters. A top graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from the Pennsylvania College of Technology, Lillie is focused on helping ensure your smile lasts a lifetime.
Born in Alaska and raised in Pittsburgh, Lillie is also a proud dog mom to a Bernese Mountain Dog named Bernie. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and camping.
Dental Assistants

Lauren Ludwig, EFDA
Lauren is one of our full-time Expanded Function Dental Assistants. Lauren is a native of Johnstown, PA where she graduated from Richland High School before attending Bradford to obtain her associates degree as an EFDA. Besides enjoying helping patients feel comfortable with procedures and learning new dental technology to share, Lauren loves attending music
festivals and her favorite is Dave Matthews Band. Lauren spends lots of time outside of work with family & enjoys her time with nephew, Oliver.
She also likes traveling & one of her favorite places is Salt Lake City where she visits her brother as often as possible.

Kasey Kohan, EFDA
Kasey has been a valued member of our team since September 2020 and works full-time as an Expanded Function Dental Assistant and Implant Coordinator. She earned her EFDA degree from Bradford School in 2017 and has been dedicated to helping patients feel comfortable and confident in the dental chair ever since. She especially enjoys whitening treatments and loves seeing the boost of confidence it brings to her patients.
Outside of the office, Kasey is a proud and busy mom to her daughters, Letty and Markella, and her beloved dog, Sloan. She enjoys spending time with her fianc , Colton, and cheering him on at the racetrack on the weekends. Family means everything to Kasey, but she also loves shopping and has a soft spot for dogs dreaming one day of giving them all a loving forever home.
Kasey s favorite part of her role is making a positive impact on patient’s lives, whether it’s transforming their smile through whitening and restorative treatments, guiding them through the implant process, or creating a calming experience for those with dental anxiety.

Danielle Camp, CDA
Dental Assistant
Dani is one of our part-time Dental Assistants and she has been with our office since July 2020. Dani attended Cornerstone Dental Academy, which has enabled her to broaden her scope of patient care. Dani lives in Etna with her mom & two siblings and enjoys spending time with family & friends. Her hobbies include kickboxing and spending time with her family and friends.

Zoe Mock
Patient Care/Scheduling Coordinator
Zoe is our Scheduling Coordinator and has been at Peace Dental since the beginning of 2023. She graduated from Jeannette High School and is enrolled in the Ultimate Medical Academy Program to earn her associates degree in medical billing and coding. She grew up in Jeanette and resides in Hampton Township with her dog, Poa. She enjoys working closely with patients to ensure they receive the best treatment and a positive experience at each visit. When she is not welcoming and assisting our lovely patients, she spends her days off dancing for the Pittsburgh Steel City Angels and going to the winery with friends.

Sam Richter
Patient Coordinator
Sam is our Patient Coordinator and has been at Peace Dental since September 2025. He grew up in Northeast Ohio, and moved to Pittsburgh in May of 2019, after graduating from the University of Akron where he earned his bachelor s degree in communications with a minor in business Management. He has worked for various small offices, and large health care organizations as well. In his spare time he enjoys working out, hiking watching movies and hanging out with his girlfriend, Emma.

Stephanie Schumacher
Patient Care/Treatment Coordinator
Stephanie has been working at Peace Dental since December 2020. Stephanie grew up in the North Hills and resides in Hampton Township. She graduated from Hampton High School & then attended the Career Training Academy where she received her Dental Assisting degree. Stephanie has worked as a Dental Assistant, but has chosen to further her knowledge by learning all aspects of the dental office. Steph enjoys helping our patients reach their dental goals while moving them through a case acceptance and treatment process for their dental needs. In her free time, Steph enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
